Been having to report LOA with the app because my coach won’t communicate my disability leave to scheduling and we can no longer access WFM on the company website. Because the app doesn’t allow a place to add a memo with our disability claim info my LOA for the month has been changed to absences. Kind of pointless leaving a review because this is an employer-mandated app but whatever.

Absolutely horrible app and I can’t believe Asurion still has us using this dinosaur. This needs to be totally revamped for it to even function correctly as needed. This is vital for my job and is terrible.
Issue
Loved this app until it stopped working yesterday. It won’t load my schedule or anything at all. I get a blank screen with a spinning thing that never loads. Please fix. This is vital to my job duties

It never even gets passed ‘contacting your server’ when registering.
Push notifications don’t work all the time
I like the app and it’s ease of use for simple needs when I’m not at a computer, but it only sends OT and VTO notifications when it feels like it. Will work for one or two months, and then for a month I won’t get the notifications anymore. i wish there was consistency.
TERRIBLE
As most other disappointed folks have stated. I’m unable to register my new device with the correct url i used to register the initial device. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

User interface
The user interface is just bad, no other way to say it! Look at every other scheduling app out there and take notice.
Would be nice to be Able to export schedule to my iCloud. But first fix the UI.

I would give this app five stars if it could do one thing: push notifications. This app would make my life and lives of my colleagues easier if we could have push notifications at the time of our schedules. Push notifications for Available OT and VTO. (Asurion)
Really not even one star.
I used the old app all the time for work before they changed it to this one and now this one doesn’t work at all. I don’t really have time to sit and mess with it and keep on calling different tech-supports. Just totally frustrated. It logs me right in and then it provides no information at all it just sits there.

Everyone I try to use it says gateway error
Garbage app
It properly works less than half the times I’ve used it. It keeps freezing or randomly logging me out.
Needs an update
Last update was over 2 years ago. Desperately needs updated. Won’t even open
Terrible Platform
This is the worst app. Its sad that huge companies are even entertaining such a joke. You are garbage. You can’t even delete requests that are official so If you want to undo anything you will need to sign in from work login. Which makes this app completely useless and should removed from App Store. Chase bank should be ashamed of utilizing your software. What a shame.

I hardly ever get my notifications and I’ve removed it and downloaded it again plenty of times I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! I wish my Job used something else
