App, website & Customer service are horrible

It has now been over a week since I have not been able to log into my account and this company has still not helped me resolve this issue. They can’t even figure out how to change a password so I can log into my account. This puts my business behind because companies we work with use aspen and we need to get information and message the client teams on aspen.

This app is absolutely terrible, as it does not work at all. After talking to customer support they recommended that I not use it as, “it doesn’t work like it should”.
