A good app but offensive to privacy that it requires ‘always tracking’ to fully function. That really shouldn’t be necessary.

Fantastic update to toggle on the maps what’s open vs what’s not 10/10. Thanks dev team!
Timing of groomer report
Aspen should post the timing of when trails are groomed or at least if it was the night before or morning. Here’s why. Snowmass got a foot of snow the other night. Lots of trails were listed as groomed, but when we showed up at the start, the trails had 8” of snow, essentially not groomed. For intermediate skiers that rely on groomed trails, the timing matters a lot.

Every time I try to open the App, I have to sign in with a password. VERY FRUSTRATING & not a great experience!!!

Logs me out literally every time I put my phone down. So I have to go to the website and login daily. Guess what! There's no service on highlands.

Great app needs enhancing
Love the app overall. Wish it would track my ski day without having to turn on the ‘tracking’ mode. Epic pass tracks automatically.
Suggestion
Wish the app had a connectivity feature so you could track/connect with friends in the mountain.
Inaccurate Snow Reports
It would be great if the snow reports could become more honest. I have to look at the mtn cams every time to see. Yesterday 13” was reported and it was 9” at most.

Bad tracking, outdated info
I’ve used a lot of resort apps and the Aspen app is among the worst.Surprisingly bad mountain app, lacking realtime location information and speed tracking. Bugs for days. Difficult to navigate and use.

The aspen app show you your vertical feet but unless you record it each day it shows zero

Couple of feature requests:
1. If I go to two mountains on the same day, it only adds the mileage I did in the first one — it doesn’t count the second one.
2. Doesn’t let me see the miles per day. Just shows total for the season or by mountain.
The rest is great.
