Poorly designed app
I downloaded onto an iPad. The information is put in a phone size box without any capability to move or enlarge the information. Text is tiny but cannot change text size. ID card is shown horizontally with both sides cut off, only center information can be seen. Other reviews have noted additional issues. Obviously Assist America either does not want to assist (making information hard/impossible to find) or is unable to hire capable app designers.

Fix your app!
When I go to look at the id card I can’t close the screen. The card is not formatted properly on mobile phone so you can’t see the full phone numbers.

Does not have Taiwan has an option for a country.
Doesn’t work well in night mode
You’ll have to turn off night mode to register or you won’t be able to read anything as the font will be white on white background! Pretrip info page is not comprehensive and the drop down menu is annoying to scroll through all the countries. I would only use this app for assistance and not looking up information.

I was In Guadalupe on sailboat excursion when suffered a major trauma injury. I needed surgery within 24-48 hours to save my Ankle and leg. I contacted my insurance company who contacted assist America. I immediately was contacted and had Personal Rep who helped with getting French speaker doctors transportation from an Island clinic to main island Hospital then to a US trauma center by jet all in time. The medical team who flew to pick me up was 2 physicians and 2 nurses with state of art emergency equipment. I had open wounds with protruding bones etc Diabetic with high risk of infection. They were miracle workers. Every company should provide this add on to their insurance because it saved my life and they handled all details. Thank-you Assist America.

Decent, TouchID
Decent. Wish it had TouchID to protect personal data and so you wouldn't need a password.

App not working in iOS 7
The app will not open any longer in iOS 7 (iPhone 5S)
Tried deleting and re-downloading but it will not open.
Is this related to the upgrades for iPhone 6?
Otherwise a very easy to use and useful tool.
