App works great!!
I downloaded this app and then read the reviews. Based on the reviews, I expected the app to be nonfunctional. However, I was able to logon (I have an Apple phone and it used my auto login info using Face ID as well). I was able to access my future trip, and all documents related to my insurance. So far, I would rate very easy to use!!

They must have fixed this app
Let me start by saying I’m a technologically challenged GenXer. I started on my computer, setting up an account and viewing my documents for my upcoming cruise. I then downloaded the app on my phone and immediately all my information was there, itinerary and plan coverage documents. I have no experience with the actual coverage provided, but the bugs in the app that generated all the one star reviews appears to have fixed

App Updated
Have recently purchased a policy through USAA. I was hesitant to download this app with all of the negative reviews, however there was a major update 6 months ago so I went for it. Easy to log on and my plan is accessible. Appears to have the ability to file a claim. Fingers crossed I won’t need it! Giving 4 stars only because I have not tried to access outside my home or use the claim feature.

Works great so far!
Haven’t had any need to file any claims but I can see my two policies and a File A Claim button, and I can access and chose to download my insurance documents, so all seems good so far. Easy installation on my iPhone.
Wow, what an unbelievably terrible App!!!
After reading the prior reviews about the App, I figured that the developers surely would have fixed it by now, NOT! Although I can log into my account through my browser, I definitely cannot log into my account through the App. I recommend the company eliminate the App until the developer fixes it. The App is making the company seem incompetent, which is not the case.
