App works great!!
I downloaded this app and then read the reviews. Based on the reviews, I expected the app to be nonfunctional. However, I was able to logon (I have an Apple phone and it used my auto login info using Face ID as well). I was able to access my future trip, and all documents related to my insurance. So far, I would rate very easy to use!!

They must have fixed this app
Let me start by saying I’m a technologically challenged GenXer. I started on my computer, setting up an account and viewing my documents for my upcoming cruise. I then downloaded the app on my phone and immediately all my information was there, itinerary and plan coverage documents. I have no experience with the actual coverage provided, but the bugs in the app that generated all the one star reviews appears to have fixed

App Updated
Have recently purchased a policy through USAA. I was hesitant to download this app with all of the negative reviews, however there was a major update 6 months ago so I went for it. Easy to log on and my plan is accessible. Appears to have the ability to file a claim. Fingers crossed I won’t need it! Giving 4 stars only because I have not tried to access outside my home or use the claim feature.

Works great so far!
Haven’t had any need to file any claims but I can see my two policies and a File A Claim button, and I can access and chose to download my insurance documents, so all seems good so far. Easy installation on my iPhone.
Wow, what an unbelievably terrible App!!!
After reading the prior reviews about the App, I figured that the developers surely would have fixed it by now, NOT! Although I can log into my account through my browser, I definitely cannot log into my account through the App. I recommend the company eliminate the App until the developer fixes it. The App is making the company seem incompetent, which is not the case.

App doesn’t work
I have purchased travel insurance 3x from Travel Insured International via USAA website over the past few years and the app still doesn’t work. No way to sign on (error msg “can’t access this page”) so the only way to have it with me when we travel is to print it out or save the pdf on my phone. This app needs to be fixed. All travel companies need working apps with downloadable content. Really bad that this is STILL broken.

This app stinks
The app doesn’t allow you to sign into your account. As others said, I hope your insurance is better than the app.
Wins “worst app of the year”
Either the developer or Microsoft needs to go back to boot camp. Can’t log in, I get Microsoft “you don’t have permission “ notification before even entering user name. And GUI looks crude.

If I could give this App less than 1 star I would. Totally useless, I have not been able to get this app to work since I downloaded it. If this app isn’t fixed it should be removed for the App Store, I’m surprised Apple has not done that yet????
Is the company this bad?
The app is broken and the average review is 1.4. What kind of company wouldn’t fix that? I just bought this insurance and have 14 days to cancel if I want to. Based on the app, I do. I’ll have to do some quick research. USAA, a very reputable firm, does their travel insurance through these people. I’ll have to ask USAA some pointed questions about this company.

Completely broken app
Does not allow me up log in. Says failed to create an account, but I already have an account that I can log into on the web.
Non- Functional
Does not work at all. Here’s a novel suggestion…remove the app until you have one that actually works.

SSO doesn’t work through the app
Have tried both Facebook and Google sso(single sign on) and neither option works. It’s very frustrating because I didn’t create another login method originally so this deems the app useless.
I really hope the Insurance is better
As my title states: I really hope this Insurance company and Insurance package is better than this app! When I purchased the travel insurance package, I did so thru their website. That was easy. They made it convenient to simplify use my Google Account to create their new account.

You know… Let’s make things easy, “just in case” of an emergency! Oh no…. Don’t even think about it!! Just because we allow you to open your account and make a transaction using your Google Account, we absolutely will NOT allow our “easy-to-use” “for emergency use” App, compatible. Nope! You can use your Google Account for browser access only. It will not work with the app.
Ok… ok… well, there should be an easy work around - right? Just open your browser, go into your account and create another user name for the app. Hah! They already thought of that! I think the app developer was either drunk, or received a ‘heads-up’ that he was gonna be let go, because …. You’ll never get that to work!! Go ahead try. Try again… and again…. Give up? I did.

Broken
I cannot log in using my password. When I go through forgot password I can do change password, create a new password and log in. However when I sign out and then try to log in, I am back to the canno create account failure message.
Still not working…
I have an account, can log in on pc etc, but app says “error.”. Same issues as the May review! Let customers know when it is fixed-I will stick to the phone for now. Too bad, it used to work smoothly…

App doesn’t work/ gives error messages when trying to access my account. Can use the website just fine.
Horrible App
I don't write reviews but this app is a complete and utter piece of trash. It won't allow us to login. Error on all attempts. It almost cause my spouse to not use their services as if this is what they have as a door to their services what else is wrong with them.
