Frequent bugs
It seems like at least one or two attempts to log in per day there’s a server error and the app times out before ever opening. Gets frustrated. Otherwise it’s a good app. Need to get that fixed.
Ease of use
To move between the various accounts we use is intuitive. I appreciate the seamless design and ability to make transfers.
Deposit
I have taken the picture for deposit checks about 10 times and I can read all information on the check but the app still won’t accept the pictures.
Could easily be great- frustrating!
The app has a very simple and clean layout, love that! Its straightforward and provides little features that make a difference - like showing the minimum payment amount when paying a loan or card (amazingly many other banking apps don’t do that). BUT it has this glitch that is so frustrating! It keeps saying it cannot authenticate my account when I type in my password and requires me to call the credit union. My password is correct and every time I call, AHCH says nothing is off in my account and there is nothing I need to authenticate - yet it persists! So I use the app only for checking balances and making a mobile deposit. If I need to pay my loan or transfer to my savings, I have to go to the website.
