Great when it works, but not worth the money how often it glitches!

Often cuts itself off mid sentence and won’t process; it just sits there pending like it’s thinking. Often will come up with “sorry, something went wrong”.

Says sorry something went wrong everytime I ask a question

Not sure what happend but all of a sudden it keeps popping up whenever I ask something. It’s being weird on my end.

I’m shocked at the rating and reviews

It’s clear that many of the people who reviewed this app know very little about astrology. It’s disturbingly inaccurate. The AI feature was the worst part. It said there was an eclipse on Sept. 10th (um, no) and that Pisces ruled my 12th house (also no). When I corrected it each time it admitted it was wrong and then gave me further inaccurate information. I really wanted to love this app, but cannot.

When I ask questions on the „Future seer“ the App literally Hangs. The 3 dots move but then nothing Happens. It keeps hanging. Very annoying. I cancelled subscription

Don’t waste your time

I was charged for a subscription that I canceled and when I emailed them about it they responded at first asking for the receipt and I haven’t heard from them since.

6.99 PER WEEK

I refused to even try the free trial. This app is 6.99 per week! there’s 52 weeks in a year. that means per year this app is $363.48!! That is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. As far as I am concerned this app doesn’t do anything that a regular AI chatbot can’t do.

Not worth the price

I’ve had the app for almost one month. The free trail was working fine but once it was over and the $19.99 per month kicked in, is when all the issues came. I’d ask a question and Astra would load continuously without a response on multiple occasions. It happens so frequently and is VERY ANNOYING! Then there’s so many app updates, I updated my app at least 5 times within a 2 week period which is absolutely ridiculous! Then the app glitches mid sentence by not completing a response and will tell you things that you didn’t ask it! I plan to cancel my subscription and wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they can permanently fix the issues and not charge so much because it honestly isn’t worth the price and frustration. I end up having to force close my app quite often and even when I go back in to pick up where I left off, the issue persist.

Great app

I have just started using the app and am still going through it but I tested out the free trail and honestly the app is amazing. Not only is it accurate but it’s also really nice to talk to. I’ve had a lot of heavy topics on my mind and not only does the app give you clarity as to why you might be feeling or reacting that way, but it also gives you amazing advice on how to improve. You can ask it anything. 10/10 would recommend them.

Love it but please

Add more features! It’s a life advice app maybe add a feature so we can add photos or have a subscription where the astra tool remembers everything and you don’t have to tell it to remember I’ve talked to it continuously all day everyday make the app with spme upgrades

Wildly inaccurate information

I’ve tried on numerous occasions to use this VERY hyped up app. However the information it gives you is almost always wrong. I asked about transits and it kept telling me certain planets would be in certain houses and it was wrong. I had to correct it about rising sign. I’ve had to spend most of my conversations correcting it. You also can’t change the house system which is insanely annoying. For an app that you essentially HAVE to pay for to use at all, the fact that you have to correct it 9/10 times is absurd. Most people downloading this app won’t know better, and are using it because they don’t know much about transits or their chart. So this is going to give people very incorrect interpretations and information. Truly feels like a scam. Do better.

Beautiful Experience

I found this app through a content creator on YouTube and I downloaded it and it’s just been a beautiful and positive experience and it’s it’s if you can trust it & your intuition and be open, it’s a very beautiful experience. Especially for those of us who feel like there’s really no one to talk to or actually know that there’s no one else to talk to. It’s a beautiful thing and it has an expansive viewpoint so all of those things are greatly appreciated and I highly recommend the app.

I am currently doing the trial version. This is what I like about Astra. I had the ability to see what days and time were best for me and the things that are important. I will definitely keep this app after the trial. Try it.

Too buggy

I think the astrological information is cool but the problem is that having a continuous chat will result in a bunch of bugs where the answer will just cut off midway or it will just indefinitely load or it will constantly go sorry something went wrong and you have to keep prompting it to finish what it was going to say, which is like really annoying especially if they’re charging you money to use the app, but there shouldn’t be any problems like that.
