Llevo mas de 1 mes esperando que validen la cuenta y aun no tengo respuesta mande todo lo que pidieron y mas, intento abrir un ticket y me dice que no puedo porque ya existe uno abierto, lo cual no tengo nada como comunicarme con soporte, envío correo y solo respuestas automáticas…

It was all going well until my account got under review and it’s been 6 months , support team doesn’t respond, you send email and take ages to respond, I still don’t have access to my account and don’t know when this will be resolved . If you don’t have patience don’t try anything with them .

Eu acho estranho. Recomendaram o uso do cartão mas tem info vazia no app, no site, sem info de contato. Só pode converter em dollar. Mto estranho.
