Awful new app
Bring back the old app please! That one had issues too but at least it was slightly intuitive and you could keep your favorite stops on the home page. This new app is impossible to navigate, absolutely unintelligible and to be honest, infuriating when you need to find a bus time. Nothing that is supposed to make one’s life easier should be so hard.

Wrong Information
The app does not accurately tell you about disruptions to bus routes. It inaccurately displays arrival times, and it does not let you buy a ticket on the app despite it allowing you to enter all of the info needed to do so. BS app in major need of a revamp.
Pratique et pas pratique
Application très bien faite pour prévoir et suivre le trajet. Dommage qu’il faille entrer les coordonnées de la carte bancaire à chaque achat de ticket.
Terrible app, but good service
The app would benefit a complete refactor. That being said, I managed to pay and use the service. And drivers were nice.

Il peggior sistema di trasporto pubblico che abbia mai visto. Un autobus su due è in ritardo o fuori servizio. Solo il tram funziona bene.
