Improves ATmosphere Shortcuts Massively

This app makes it so much easier to develop shortcuts that interact with the ATmosphere. Instead of having to focus on authentication or resolving stuff through requests, you can just do a simple shortcut action with this app. Looking forward to messing around with this app more!
