Buggy app but reasonable prices
Love it only for their pricing and quick delivery. App is very buggy. My old cart is still saved, sometimes charged for old debits without prior info.
Services needs to be improved.
Minimum amount of order for getting free delivery is around 600Rs, which is too much. Sometimes they don’t have product but they accept it and then don’t deliver by refunding in app wallet besides actual mode of payment which is annoying.
Average quality, worst customer service
It’s a hit and miss experience with Atcost. The fruits and vegetables are sometimes of decent quality. But sometimes they send bad quality stuff and when something like this happens, the customer care is non-existent. Neither do people answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails or feedback registered on the app. Overall it’s not a good experience and it’s better to order from your local shop. Atleast they have a two way communication.

Money not refunded for the item returned
There needs to be a customer care hotline. The store numbers that u share never seem to answer or help. And the procedure of money refund for returned item should also be clear. Last time I returned muskmelon. The money never credited in my account
