Phone access poor
Phone access rarely works, no support to solve
Avoid this app and the dashcam that goes with it.
This app connects to the Dashcam some dealers sell you when purchasing a new car and it is absolute garbage. It hasn’t been updated in two years and that tells you all you need to know. These people should have a good long, hard look at themselves for the money they are charging and for the poor quality they are providing. All fails to connect to the camera most times. If it does connect it drops the connections before you can even start reviewing the files.

Camera fine. App useless
This camera was already in our brand new car when we bought it. Worked fine until they stopped updating the app! Now the only way to retrieve footage is to take the sd card out and use my computer. Technically doable however very inconvenient. And it was so easy to use. Literally open the app and select the footage I needed to view or download and bam just like that it was saved to my phone! I was actually really impressed. Well now I’m just disappointed as it seems the app stopped working with an iPhone update. So I would not recommend this camera to anyone as without the ease of using through an app, it’s nothing special.

Barely works
Worst app ever for DashCam not only is it hard to work with also barely able to use it at all needs to get much better as won’t even connect anymore comes up with error message

This has to be the WORST APP in the history of the world! Can’t use it unless you are in the car and change a dozen different settings on your phone. That seems handy if you are ever in an emergency and need footage immediately - not. Won’t connect, finally connects, disconnects, finally reconnects them won’t let me see file footage because it’s live recording and won’t let me stop live recording. Like others, I was sold the cam with a new car for $2,500. Maybe the hardware is worth that but the app would get zero stars if that were possible.

Useless, waste of money, was installed by Byrne Ford, Brisbane. When I purchased the car.
18/1/26 - have continually tried to set up, but next time I start car it doesn’t work or give access to the camera on the app, please advise me of who I can speak to to correct this problem, I have tried to call Selina at Byrne Ford but have not had a response. Regards Richard Smith.

Always issues with it
Rubbish ,never works like its supposed to

Very poor . Unable to delete and or access anything. When able to, very difficult and time consuming. Poor quality at that

WIFI CONNECTION PAINFUL
Connecting and downloading pictures is complex and simply does not work for me wirelessly. I have to eject the SD card and read it on my laptop. 😢

Don’t purchase absolutely rubbish. Never stays connected, doesn’t record when you need it to. Waste of a lot of money
Pathetic for a DashCam
Got it installed at the dealership, no mention of having to be in the car to be able to access any videos! What is the point of DashCam if I have to be in the car to access the videos. What happens when an accident happens and I can’t be in the car to access the DashCam? Any way of fixing this major issue???

Suggestion
Just a suggestion as I find it very hard to remove the SD card. Can you please put a ‘Select All’ button so I don’t have to spend ages sitting in the car to delete files not needed.
I was disappointed that I cannot access the videos without sitting in the car and being connected to the dash cam. Thanks.

What a pain to set up
After 18 months this device still wont connect automatically.

Terrible don’t pay extra at dealership for this
Just don’t do it, glitchy, frustrating doesn’t work. Have battled on for 3 years. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand

Battery keeps going flat

Poor warranty and painful to use
Absolutely worst experience ever with this dash cam so painful to use and 100% faulty took 18 months to get it replaced through Nissan as a goodwill gesture
