No funciona

Tengo cuenta de ATH Negocios, pero cuando trato de abrir la app desde el App Store, recibo un mensaje de error, a pesar de tener un iPhone básico (original): “ATH Business is not supported on jailbroken devices.” Para colmo, no te da opciones o alternativas.

Does it work for anyone?

First, most is just in Spanish, then another day the English button works.
When signing up/ registering, I got kicked out of the application.
after the x attempts, I think I have it, but can’t add a password. When trying to fix it, it says I am already registered but it doesn’t recognize my phone number that I provided.
Can it get any worse? I don’t think so

Update

I keep trying to update the app and it will not allow me to. It takes me to iTunes? And then back to the app to tell me to update again and goes back to iTunes!

Notificaciones

No recibo notificaciones para los pagos recibidos. Llamé al servicio al cliente y entre tanta vuelta innecesaria, me indicaron que hay una actualización pendiente y es por ello que no recibo el aviso; eso mismo me dijeron la semana pasada cuando llamé. Bastante costoso que cobran por transacción sin tan siquiera cumplir con lo más básico de cualquier aplicación móvil. No aportan nada real para el negocio y cobran de las ganancias, no tiene ni sentido todo esto. Cabe mencionar que he llamado en 3 ocasiones para lo mismo.

Cargo mínimo

¿Hay un mínimo pagar en un negocio? He ido a comprar un café y me piden un mínimo de compra de $5 y en ocasiones hasta $10, $15 de compra para poder pagar por ATH Movil.

Incluso, me ha pasado pagando en negocios pero a número personal.

Coloco el email y me dice invalido. Pero si trato de hacer un Sign Up nuevo dice que el email ya esta registrado. ¿Entonces?

Invalid email?

It keeps saying invalid email when logging in. But if I try to make a new account it says the email it’s already in use. So I can’t log in.

non-existent Customer service

I have been trying to get someone to help me. It crashes, my account was kicked out and now it is not recognizing my email, despite it has send me various email, when I try to log in it says email invalid. I. annoy create another account because then it says that “the email is already in use”. Try to call customer service and the machine says they are full and terminates the call automatically. Si if someone in evertec is reading this, please call me or reach out to me, I need help.
The app support link actually does not support at all it should read “app FAQs”

Tamaño del texto

El App funciona bastante bien, pero quisiera que el tamaño del texto se pudiera aumentar. Aún aumentándolo en los settings del celular se queda igual (muy pequeño).

Worst app

Every time you try to download the only useful tool the app has, its csv download for the transactions, the app closes. They charge a % if the sale and provide 0 value to the customer.
