Won’t accept my sign info nor send me an email to reset NOR start a new account!!!!
Terrible App!
I can’t change my password without calling my provider. When I try to change the password after getting locked out I request an email to change the password however the email never comes. How ridiculous is that?
Worthless
I have spent way to much time trying to access my account, they claim my password is wrong but to change it they need to send u an email to change. Never ever do I receive an email as I give up, they should trash the website as it’s frustrating.
Junk
Verified my username and password online even changed my password to make sure I had the correct one and the login and password still did not work with the app but I can log in just fine online. Deleting the app.
Athena doesn’t care about this app or their customers
All users have never been able to sign in to this app for over a year and they refuse to update this app so that it works. I confirmed my Athena login on the Athena website, but it doesn’t work on this app. Shame on you Athena.
Worthless
I can’t access more than once after password reset! It won’t send an email to reset when requested. Must go through my physician’s office to request email link for reset which is unavailable on the weekends. Going on 2 years now. Considering change in care to have what should be some level of control and access!

Useless
Literally can’t log in. I entered my correct log in info and it said it’s incorrect, then never sends a email when I request a new password link.
Technical Issues
I have never been able to log in using the app. I know my email and password, and that’s not the problem. When trying to reset my password, it still said my email was invalid.
Non functional app
Not able to login after many attempts. Tried to reset password, but never received email. Not in spam either. Very dissatisfied. Doesn’t give any information to contact anyone about this. I’m going to delete it. Advise not to download it.

Have tried dozens of times over several months, and like the reviewer a year ago, cannot reset. Password. None of my passwords work and when trying to reset, app says it’s sending a link, but no such luck! You’d think they’d get something figured out by now
Login Issues
This app on the iPhone does not work. I’ve tried resetting the password & it never sends the requested email. I can go to google and find Athenahealth.com from there my email address & password log me in with no problem.

This is an impossible app to get access to keeps saying wrong I’d or password and it isn’t. Doesn’t send email that it says it will and is useless to patients to access their records.

Trying to help my mother access the app. For once it’s NOT Her!!!! She’s had login issues for weeks without any resolution. Clicking the link to “reset my password” does nothing. It says it’s sending an email with a link to reset, but she has NEVER received any message (and no, it’s not in the junk file.... where it belongs).

Login Does Not Work on App
Same issue as another review. The login that you create online will not work in the app. This app is basically useless and a waste of precious data to download. Unless they fix this problem there is no point in this app.

I can login to my account on my desktop, but on this mobile app, it says the ID or password are invalid. They are NOT invalid. Very frustrating.
