Lots of room for improvement

It’s nice having the app to help stay on track but it’s not very intuitive or user friendly a lot of the time. When entering food, it sometimes requires a very specific way of searching the food item to find what you’re looking for. A dill pickle has to be searched for as “pickle” rather than “pickles”. You’ll never find it under the second option. If you’re entering a tomato slice, the box that has the amounts consumed (tsp, tablespoon, medium slice) won’t let you save it because the box won’t move up to hit the save button when selecting “medium slice” so you have to compromise your selection just to get something entered. Yes, you can do customized food entries but the automated system would be great if it wasn’t so weirdly specific on a number of items. It would be great if the steps tracker worked with Apple Watch. Looking forward to some app updates!

Add food to the database!

Want to love the app but if I can’t find Atkins friendly food in the database and have to add it manually, it wastes my time. Also trying to scan food is a waste as everything I have scanned so far isn’t in the database (unless it’s an Atkins product). This seems like such a basic function for a food tracker. Hugely disappointed.

Update: sick and tired of having to add food. Basic foods should be easily searchable. Just beyond awful

Bad App

Really bad app. Confusing to log food, UPC codes when scanned don’t work I have to manually add most if not all of my food. In addition, I am visually impaired and I have to have my font set at above average/large. The app does not adjusted for that in their fields.. so I have to go to my settings, make my font smaller just to log food.
Not user friendly
4/2/25: still bad. Scan doesn’t work. Does not recognize 80% of upc bars scanned. Still no updates to accessibility for visually impaired, appt does not sync to Apple iPhone settings. When logging food sometimes it will save, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it saves and item twice 🤷‍♀️ I’d gladly pay a fee upfront for a good version of this app. Really disappointed it hasn’t improved much in years.

Pretty good

Needs some work on functionality. Food search is very cumbersome and frustrating.

Can’t find foods easily

I can’t find a vegetable easily, I tried looking for a tomato and I had to scroll for a good 20 seconds before I found a Roma tomato. Please make that function easier. Scanning food is also hard. A lot of the things that are in the grocery store like the prepackaged salads don’t exist on the app. All in all it keeps good track of your carbs. I used this app a long time ago and lost 30 pounds on it.
