07/15/26: the App was not responding last week and the bill cut off was on the 11th, I always pay my bill on or about the 15th of every month, why hasn’t the bill shown up today yet @ 3:18 pm est?

Can’t Sign In
Ever since the app was unavailable over the July 4 weekend for maintenance, I have not been able to sign in. It accepts my credentials and then brings me right back to the sign in screen.
Too Much
I think that Atlantic City electrics customer service is horrible. If a person is already having difficulty paying their account then why would you add on a deposit fee. Then say that is due before you pay the unpaid bill. Doesn’t make sense. It’s like the board on this company wants to keep people indebted to them. The programs for assistance they offer it’s hard to get a no personal assistance at all.

At one point, Atlantic City Electric was great. I do appreciate that they send people out when there is emergencies and they can get electric up and running but they need to do it faster with the amount of money we pay today, but it wasn’t always like that, but I would hope today that’s the case because prices are so insane. Something has to change here because people like me who are disabled veterans that are on fix income and you know we don’t make a lot of money we struggle and when we get hit with these $300 bills or $350 bills before summer even starts I can’t even imagine what summer is gonna be like when ACs run 24 seven so I plead with the state of New Jersey and Atlantic City electric that some things need to change and I hope that you guys can help sway some policy changes or at least integrate some better energy movements for New Jersey because these prices are killing us thank you for your attention and thank you for providing us with the electricity that we all honestly and truly can’t live without. I have received 5 different bills from 498- 49,725. This is insane for people. I am disgusted with this company. Never in my life has a company been this incompetent. Since these new devices installed, my bill has been so high.
AC App vs AC serv
App is easy to use and requires minimal knowledge to navigate. Service is reliable. Rate hike is ridiculous and a political robbery. Exelon rate hike while more and more sub contractors called in to SIT just in case a storm rolls in at 100k a day? Storm emergencies called with less than 5Ok people off?!! Hard cover left on lines all over Exelon system as cost to replace to rate payer?I’ve watched the board ignore the reactionary decisions lacking knowledge of past practice or consideration of risk assessment balancing ratepayer costs AND reliability…..they manage for their careers. That’s why hike is necessary! The ship is way too loose since 2012! Covid escalated overspending. It’s never turned around! So yes, good company. Great app. Good reliability but rate hike for your inability to reign in your own spending? Nope. You lose my rating for that one!

Freezes constantly and forces you to write a review or else the review box pops up every time you click on something so for that it gets 1 start for being annoying af.
