Worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with in my life
Email saying my bill will be 42% HIGHER!!
Why is my bill going to be 42% higher!! I haven’t touched the thermostat all summer! . Your price point is getting ridiculous!!!
Billing
It is ridiculous how high the electric bill is every month. Same house. Same people . Same usage and it has never been so high as a year ago
Bad math
App tells me my bill is $162 more than my last bill. Truth is my bill is $93 less than last month. With that math, not sure how we are supposed to trust the other math going into our astronomical bills.
High Cost for the Electrical Bill
The electric bill prices are way too high. There is absolutely no reason the delivery charges should be this expensive. Regardless of how much electricity is actually being used, there is no justification for a bill approaching $1,000 in one month for a single household with maybe three or four people at most, especially during the month of July.
It’s ridiculous. The prices continue to increase with no real explanation or benefit to the customer. Everyone continues to complain about how expensive these bills are, yet the costs remain high, and there seems to be no reduction in the overall amount we’re paying for the services being provided. Something needs to be done because this is simply unacceptable.

I receive my security code and it clicks and briefly see my account and then the App abruptly crashes requiring another log in.

07/15/26: the App was not responding last week and the bill cut off was on the 11th, I always pay my bill on or about the 15th of every month, why hasn’t the bill shown up today yet @ 3:18 pm est?

Can’t Sign In
Ever since the app was unavailable over the July 4 weekend for maintenance, I have not been able to sign in. It accepts my credentials and then brings me right back to the sign in screen.
Too Much
I think that Atlantic City electrics customer service is horrible. If a person is already having difficulty paying their account then why would you add on a deposit fee. Then say that is due before you pay the unpaid bill. Doesn’t make sense. It’s like the board on this company wants to keep people indebted to them. The programs for assistance they offer it’s hard to get a no personal assistance at all.
