Not really happy

On the Insurance for my smart watches, it says that screen damage will cost zero for a replacement, but for some reason, their app changes it to physical damage and charges you $69, unlike what the contract states.

Can’t even log in

Has me stuck on the I agree and won’t even let me hit it but in the background it doesn’t even show my insurance plan even though I have one. Does me no good when I need my phone fixed

Xfinity mobile care can’t get the right device for a cell phone

My husband device listed under Xfinity Mobile Care is incorrect and I called customer service to get it corrected and so far not done?? What is the problem!! I worked for a cellular service years ago and the correctness of billing was definitely a top priority as it should be resolved and fixed now. Still waiting!!
