Would be great

This app would be great if all of my devices Wood show up in the app.
Also how do you file a claim for a lost device and it's asking you to verify the identity by sending a text to a lost device. That can't work

Filing a claim is a pain

Make sure you know the month and year you purchased the device. You have to really dig into the xfinity website if you don't recall it. Also you have to have your IMEI number and then remove all the spaces Apple puts in when you copy and paste it.

Unable to log in

I downloaded the app and every time I try to log in it says incorrect password,email. When I try the forgot password option, I get an error message saying there is an issue with the server. This has been going on for days
