All dead ends.
Transferred lines to xfinity & had a few issues. No big deal right? Wrong. Can’t file claim. Phone interface a dead end. No live support, just endless ai loops, failure pages, and server errors when trying to reach insurance. Stores can’t help. Zero people to help, but boy will they take your money. Shameful. I need simple help; no one available.

There isn’t much support with problems. I report issues, but there is never any explanation or resolution. I get great support from Apple, but the carriers don’t know much and they don’t try to get higher level support. Supposedly, I am a valued member for having been with the organization for a long time. They talk about rewards and I am supposed to jump through hoops like a trained seal. However, when there is a problem on my end, no one is jumping through hoops to get me the assistance I need to get the service to work. If you really value me, give me my rewards and stop expecting me to jump through hoops to get anything. Treat me like a valuable person who pays outrageous amounts for several channels. I don’t think I expect much.
