doesn’t work
This does not work well at all…i am kind of feeling like i spent 2 hours on this today and go nowhere…
Lots of bugs
Not thorough processes to file claims.
Perfect!
This was so fast and easy to do! Finally, one not so confusing! Thanks Xfinity!!!!
No plan
So all my devices have insurance on them, but yet I cannot see them through this app. It keeps saying I have no plan. So now I have to call and every time and wait for representative to help me file a claim. It’s just annoying.

Do not drop your Apple care for this!
I dropped my AppleCare because this was included in my phone plan. My daughter cracked the screen on her phone yesterday and when I went to file a claim, they denied me and said that I didn’t have coverage on the date of the accident, which is completely post ridiculous. Another problem is you don’t actually talk to a human. It’s AI that’s making thanks for nothing now I can’t file a claim we get to fix at all because I dropped my Apple care.

Useless

Doesn’t fulfill claims
Didn’t fulfill my claim after it clearly was under the right criteria to be covered.
All dead ends.
Transferred lines to xfinity & had a few issues. No big deal right? Wrong. Can’t file claim. Phone interface a dead end. No live support, just endless ai loops, failure pages, and server errors when trying to reach insurance. Stores can’t help. Zero people to help, but boy will they take your money. Shameful. I need simple help; no one available.

Mobil care
Not everything is covered by them.
Does not work
It does not show you your devices and doesn’t help you file an insurance claim for your devices. This app is just a waste
Xfinity mobile
There isn’t much support with problems. I report issues, but there is never any explanation or resolution. I get great support from Apple, but the carriers don’t know much and they don’t try to get higher level support. Supposedly, I am a valued member for having been with the organization for a long time. They talk about rewards and I am supposed to jump through hoops like a trained seal. However, when there is a problem on my end, no one is jumping through hoops to get me the assistance I need to get the service to work. If you really value me, give me my rewards and stop expecting me to jump through hoops to get anything. Treat me like a valuable person who pays outrageous amounts for several channels. I don’t think I expect much.

Device coverage
Sucks
Not really happy
On the Insurance for my smart watches, it says that screen damage will cost zero for a replacement, but for some reason, their app changes it to physical damage and charges you $69, unlike what the contract states.
Can’t even log in
Has me stuck on the I agree and won’t even let me hit it but in the background it doesn’t even show my insurance plan even though I have one. Does me no good when I need my phone fixed
Xfinity mobile care can’t get the right device for a cell phone
My husband device listed under Xfinity Mobile Care is incorrect and I called customer service to get it corrected and so far not done?? What is the problem!! I worked for a cellular service years ago and the correctness of billing was definitely a top priority as it should be resolved and fixed now. Still waiting!!
