Possibly the worst support of any organization I deal with. Disgraceful lack of support of a 92 year old customer.
If you want unreliable internet, use Xfinity!
For the last 3-4 weeks, our internet has gone down multiple times throughout the day. It has probably been down more than it’s been working. Zero communication/updates from Xfinity. 4 neighbors told me they were switching providers in the last 2 days. This is awful. Customer service is awful. Run.

Do yourself a favor; live without WIFI. It’s not worth anything they put you through to get it.
Extremely Disappointed With How My Issue Was Handled
I was given specific information regarding my bill, made the requested payment, and was still billed differently than promised. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I ultimately had to file an FCC complaint. No one took accountability or made it right. After years as a customer, there was absolutely no loyalty and no accountability shown. I’m leaving Xfinity for AT&T ASAP.
