User reviews

To slow

Times out every time, can’t load. I have high speed internet and everything else is working fine

Doesn’t Connect

The app doesn’t allow me to view anything but live , yet I pay for 24/7 recording! Time to cancel this service!! Not okay Xfinity!!!

Can’t login

App doesn’t work on iPad anymore so now you are deleted.

No Longer Works

No longer works on my iPhone despite doing all the troubleshooting that is suggested. May have to choose a different security system because when you are away is when you most need it. Sad.

Manage Security

Is there another app to Manage Xfinity Home Security? This app keeps giving error messages when attempting to login & 3 different customer support agents couldn’t find a solution.
