Notifications of birds and squirrels, but not deliveries or stolen packages!
It’s nice to have the cameras and thank God I have another system, because this system is annoying and will give me all these notifications of birds and squirrels and unrelated info, but when it comes to my actual package is being delivered or someone coming and taking a package?!! I actually have to scroll through the recorded footage in order to find it and it’s ridiculous to pay this much money for 24/7 cameras they don’t even do the basic notifications right! Thank God, I have another home security system that is solid, but it doesn’t do some of things that XFINITY does so time to find a new one to replace XFINITY!

The app doesn’t allow me to view anything but live , yet I pay for 24/7 recording! Time to cancel this service!! Not okay Xfinity!!!

App doesn’t work on iPad anymore so now you are deleted.
No Longer Works
No longer works on my iPhone despite doing all the troubleshooting that is suggested. May have to choose a different security system because when you are away is when you most need it. Sad.
