Why can’t a billion dollar have a crisp, clean streaming service or a competent customer service department? I hate your corporation.
Interruption
They really need to fix the interrupting sporting events with a black screen with are you still watching. There’s absolutely no reason not to have it appear with the program in view instead of making you miss the only goal in a World Cup finals
Inconsistent
It works just great when the damn thing decides to load.
Does not work on Apple TV equipment
After working with Xfinity tech support and trying to fix on two Apple TV pieces of equipment it still did not work.
Lack of Access
I pay a lot for my cable. I should be able to watch when I am stuck away from home.
