Love how I can watch Xfinity Stream on my laptop while I’m traveling or in the kitchen cooking
Frustrated
I don’t get half the channels supposed to get and all the ones I actually watch! No hgtv, food network, tlc, hallmark, etc…This is 3rd and longest time I have lost the channels , going on over 3 mos now. I have tried calling, customer service sucks and can’t ever figure out problem and have tried going into store with same results. Wrote review before and sent me a link that went nowhere, said expired. So frustrated!!!!

Streaming quality
All other streaming services on my tv work flawlessly. This app buffers every 4 seconds, unwatchable.
FIX YOUR APP XFINITY !!!
Under “RECORDINGS” on my iPhone app it’s showing NO RECORDINGS …. BUT I have at least a dozen or more from this past week!! HEY XFINITY PLEASE FIX THE APP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Can’t watch it. Have to be at home. $438.50 per month and no FIFA Cup on my phone. Please!?!?!!
Location issues.
I try to use the stream but if I’m at a friends house “we have location issues”. $260 a month I’m paying that I can divide up to a dozen streaming services. Awful.
What is the point of a streaming app if you have to be home to watch it?
When I’m at home, I watch on a tv; when I’m not home, it would be nice for the streaming service I pay for to be available.
Great app, horrible playback
There’s been multiple times my show/movie restarted after a commercial. This DVR and recordings.
Can’t watch sports if I’m not home
I pay a lot of money to Comcast/Xfinity every month. I mean A LOT. When I’m traveling, at work, or in my car and want to watch any of my favorite live sports teams, it tells me I have to be at home on my Wi-Fi. I think that is absolutely a poor customer experience. I pay too much money every month to experience something like this.

Bad access
Can’t FIFA watch soccer game without home WiFi connected. I am away from my home. Not good. What am I paying for with no convenience

Terrible service
This app continues to freeze, the guide never loads, and when a weather alert pops up, it won’t go back to the original program. I will go out, reenter, the weather alert just keeps popping up without returning to the original program. It’s so frustrating!
Stereo? REALLY???
We recently transitioned from the cable box to streaming & we're really enjoying it. However, even though Speedtest indicates a speed of 500 Mbps, Xfinity Stream still drops out far too often. At that speed it should be rock solid. No other streaming apps do that. But the biggest issue with the app is that it only broadcasts in STEREO! That's been around for broadcast TV since 1984. At the very least we can get Multichannel PCM 5.1 from other streaming apps & Dolby ATMOS on Apple TV. Come on Xfinity! It's time to join the 21st Century with it's new fangled technology!

Xfinity stream app keeps closing
This app used to be great. Now it keeps shutting down, all of the time. Please update this app. This has been an issue since the last update about a week ago.
Streaming limitations
I’m visiting my grandchildren and cannot watch the Pirates game because I am not connected to my home WiFi. That’s not right.
Not worth it
The only streaming app that constantly freezes and kicks me out of my show. My internet isn’t great, but it’s not THAT bad. All my other streaming apps do just fine.
