Buffers all the time
I can use any other streaming service on my tv and it works perfectly. Xfinity Stream buffers all the time. I have strong connection to the tv and still buffers. Very annoying

Maddening to Use!
A garbage app that requires you to use your phone camera EVERY TIME you turn on the TV! Then log into your account… wait for a code or email… then get an error message the “SOMETHING WENT WRONG”. Absolutely pisses me off they charge a fortune for their service and make it so difficult to use. Are they really trying to force you to pay for their hardware rentals just to watch TV!?

Can’t watch sports live when traveling
I think it’s dumb that if I’m traveling I cannot log into my live stream and watch my sports live. It’s not like I’m trying to go around the system. I pay for sports channels and should be able to watch them while I’m traveling.

Ridiculous away from home policy
This app streams live tv wonderfully. I take serious issue with not being able to access content from my local area while traveling. What’s the purpose of having an app where I can stream tv to a device that’s not my tv but still have to do it within range to be attached to your home IP address. What’s the point of having remote access.

Poorly programmed
Try to delete a scheduled recording and it says it did but still does scheduled.
Try to delete as a single recording and get a playback error for something not recorded.
Look several minutes later it updated and is gone
Screen flashed away then starts up like it just launched.
Select a show to record but under upcoming it’s the wrong title go back and now it lists the correct title and shows that it is recording 3 all the same time and same channel

Too restrictive
I am very frustrated when traveling and go to watch sports and get available only on home WiFi. That is ridiculous

Streaming Local Channel
I have not been able to stream local channels on my mobile device for over a month now. I was able to stream local channels previously. I have called XFinity several times and that can’t seem to helptimes. Any suggestions!!!!
Stopped working
The app was great until yesterday. Not only did it take away all my viewed channels but every channel I tried to watch wouldn’t work saying “application error” so I couldn’t even watch anything.

I travel a lot and have stream g service. Why are many channels unavailable when I travel? I am streaming!

This app rarely works as intended - streaming rarely works even from home WiFi
Can’t Stream NBC?!?
After using this app for years, suddenly can no longer Stream NBC in any market except my house??
I was on the phone for over an hour with Xfinity Stream support. They could not fix it but claim issue has been escalated.
If this is not resolved soon we will be switching to a different streaming service and canceling Xfinity cable TV and WiFi.
