Stream sucks
For the last 5 days the streaming ap doesn’t work or takes forever to connect. What’s the issue
App still not updated
The app hasn’t been updated since June 22 and it is a known issue that the recordings is not working on certain zip codes
They did a trouble ticket and said they would text when it was fixed, it is taking a long time

Constantly Crashing/Freezing
It’s a fantastic app as far as being able to watch everything thats on the TV on my phone, even being able to record shows from my phone. But there hasn’t been one single day where it hasn’t crashed or frozen multiple times a day, (usually right in the middle of something good)!
Horrible
Nine times out of 10 the app does not work, and if you delete the app and restart it, it still does not work. This is a company that is gladly taking your money but not providing service services.

App or just xfinity’s problem they won’t let you access local sta. Abc cbs and fox you seem to air stations when you want to so much for friendly service lol.Or the app will not load at all app sucks with fire stick nice they charge out the butt for services they won’t let you use if not compatible with fire stick don’t offer it

Trying to watch a DVR recording in bad reception is next to impossible. Program will stop and then restart itself, and after a couple of tries the closed caption automatically turns itself on . … c’mon Xfinity, FIX YOUR APP ALREADY !!!!!!

Does not work for my home tv using Roku
I have downloaded the xfinity stream app on my tv's which have a Roku streaming stick, but I always get the same error message that I don't have the correct service, yet it always works when I use the xfinity streaming app on my phone. I am so annoyed, so stopped trying.
Records the same exact Episode!
The description matches what the episode SHOULD be. But its last weeks. After 8 years, I am Sooooo OVER XFINITY
Recent channels?
The app for years would hold several recent channels on the Home Screen. A few weeks ago this went away. What happened. It was so convenient having that feature. Using on Apple TV.
Terrible customer service
Xfinity has the worst customer service out of all my utilities. I’m looking to switch to streaming. Tired of getting ganked.

For some reason I’ve stuck with Xfinity. This app consistently fails to perform as it should. Switched to using Stream app through Roku.
Out of home
Why can’t I watch all my channels outside my home? Very few channels available outside home. Thus the low rating.
Shows haven’t been showing from DVR
Problem with the Xfinity Stream app on my iPhone.
Recordings I made recently is showing and playing normally under Saved → Recordings on my TV, but the same completed recording does NOT appear in the Xfinity Stream app under My Library → Recordings.
I’ve already:
* Confirmed the recording is completed and plays on the TV
* Confirmed my DVR is only about 10% full
* Signed out of the Xfinity Stream app and signed back in
* Closed/reopened the app
* Restarted the iPhone
* Confirmed I’m using the same Xfinity account
Please check whether my DVR/Cloud DVR provisioning and account synchronization are correct, and whether this recording is being properly published to Xfinity Stream. I don’t want to delete the recording or change the recording rule.
Please escalate this as a DVR-to-Xfinity-Stream synchronization issue rather than having me repeat the basic app troubleshooting.
