The App sucks and so does the service
When I attempted a claim, I was told to fill out a document. After submitting the claim was denied stating the information I submitted did not match their information. Nothing I could do or respond to except call their number. I was told my phone number was not correct. So rather than contact me through the email that did match, they just denied the claim. After that was finally sorted it took more than 4 separate calls and escalating the claim for them to provide relevant information to proceed with the claim. It is supposed to be no hassle. That was a lie for my experience.

Does not have my internet provider

Its very easy to pay each month (auto pay) but when you want tonmake a claim its very difficult, my mom can’t do it by herself I need to help her every single time, and they ask you for pics or things that you must to upload but the app crashes always and its to easy for they cancel claims but not to coverage, it is a secret that they dont tell you before they offer you the insurance, they tell you can be systems old and everything BUT it the serial its not showing good for the time (tint goes off) they dont cover you NOTHING!!!
