Terrible customer service

I filed my claim 7/2/26
( 2 weeks ago ) been calling the customer service to only get disconnected every time , and they never return my call . It’s almost like they want me to buy a new phone instead of continuing to keep my iphone14 max lol . Tmobile is lame beginning to see that they’re racist

It is automatically included at no extra cost for all Protection 360® customers.

How do I file a claim?

Filing a claim is simple and can be done with just a few taps within the app. You can submit claims for accidental damage, such as drops, spills, or cracks, as well as for mechanical breakdowns that cause device malfunctions.

Is this app free to use?

Yes, the Protection 360® by Assurant® app is free to download and use for eligible customers. The services provided within the app, such as live tech support, are automatically available at no extra cost to Protection 360® customers.
