2.) I pay for device protection and they denied a claim for a simple front screen replacement. Absolute joke. Not paying for protection ever again from T-mobile.

I have been met with nothing but ridiculousness trying to get my front screen replaced that comes with a service fee are you kidding me. I have had to put in my phone number at least 10 times so far and I'm on a page was telling me to turn off my Find My iPhone iPhone which I've never used before and I can't get past this page so yeah thanks for nothing

Don’t choose this, these reviews are lies and bots. The system is awful, the management is awful, they fix nothing and run you in circles for 3 weeks. You have to log in 3 or 4 different times and no person to speak with. It’s terrible and all run by AI

App totally stinks! Tried 3 separate times, triple checking accuracy of submitted info, each time the last step results in “Something went wrong” message. TMobile trying to avoid honoring their Life360 Obligations!!!

Cant enter security code
When it sends you a security code and you click on your text to get the security code and then you click click back to the app the app part where you’re supposed to type in your code disappears

It was easy and fast to make a claim on this app recommend to make your claim on here instead of calling.
