Overall I think protection costs can be lower especially as deductibles, when most pay a monthly cost & don’t break or loose their devices even complimentary giving a newer device in the same tier shouldn’t be an issue making sure we can all access better and service. Since some older devices don’t connect to what’s offered and still in the same tier costing assurant $0 to provide even better quality to customers using the service.

1.)takes the same info 15 times way too repetitive.
2.) I pay for device protection and they denied a claim for a simple front screen replacement. Absolute joke. Not paying for protection ever again from T-mobile.

I have been met with nothing but ridiculousness trying to get my front screen replaced that comes with a service fee are you kidding me. I have had to put in my phone number at least 10 times so far and I'm on a page was telling me to turn off my Find My iPhone iPhone which I've never used before and I can't get past this page so yeah thanks for nothing

Don’t choose this, these reviews are lies and bots. The system is awful, the management is awful, they fix nothing and run you in circles for 3 weeks. You have to log in 3 or 4 different times and no person to speak with. It’s terrible and all run by AI

App totally stinks! Tried 3 separate times, triple checking accuracy of submitted info, each time the last step results in “Something went wrong” message. TMobile trying to avoid honoring their Life360 Obligations!!!
