I filed my claim 7/2/26
( 2 weeks ago ) been calling the customer service to only get disconnected every time , and they never return my call . It’s almost like they want me to buy a new phone instead of continuing to keep my iphone14 max lol . Tmobile is lame beginning to see that they’re racist

I’m trying to file a claim and all it keeps telling me is try again later

I have tried several times to report an accidental drop of my phone and every time I get to the page where it ask me about my phone number it tells me to try again later

They are forcing me to get a replacement phone when battery plus in Atlantic Ave in Raleigh nc has the parts to fix the phone but they telling me the only option I have is to pay to get a replacement phone completely illegal and frustrating that I pay for insurance and they force you to pay more money
