Gave it one star because I couldn’t give it 0. Always getting white screen when trying to perform a function . Got to log out and back in 3-4 times and it might work

Why not remake the previous app better rather then making a whole new one? you guys messed a lot of people up, didn’t even get a notification that you changed the app… your a bank.

This site has experienced many technical difficulties and is not always reliable in remembering login information or being available for use. It is extremely slow at times and has time lags when accessing links. There has been issues with e-transfers - they are sometimes slow in sending if they send at all. I would not recommend it.

Is the app secure?
This app requires the user to verify identity through a double opt in verification using text message or email to get a code for every single login session regardless of how many logins per day or per week. No other app requires this for every login session. Once per month would be acceptable but for every login session it’s a nuisance or is the app secure??
