Can’t access login?

This app is ridiculous weird. It doesn’t all you to log in. It just goes straight to asking you to register a new account. I have an existing account but a new phone and I can’t access my pay simply account and payment history.

Get this error when I try to make a property tax bill payment. I had a few successful payments and then I kept getting this error. There is no way to get support and no one looks into this issue.
