Can’t access login?
This app is ridiculous weird. It doesn’t all you to log in. It just goes straight to asking you to register a new account. I have an existing account but a new phone and I can’t access my pay simply account and payment history.
Unable to process payment
Get this error when I try to make a property tax bill payment. I had a few successful payments and then I kept getting this error. There is no way to get support and no one looks into this issue.
No auto payment option
Can I use this app to automatically pay the bills like the pre-authorized payment on the banking account?

I like PaySimply I won’t regret it but unlike the website you can use to pay taxes, city or municipality taxes and bills but the app lets you only to pay your canadian taxes to the CRA.
Why is the app different from the website?????
You should to better PaySimply if you want to come back but for now I will stick with my online banking to pay my bills and set up pre-authorized payments.
