Unreadable map
The map is tiny, with tiny writing, and when you zoom to something you want to see it suddenly bounces you back to your location. Search for a menu at Plato’s, and you get six pages of drinks, but no food. Not very helpful.

Finally a user friendly app for an amazing Resort! This app really makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Great job Atlantis!!

I downloaded the app for my family trip to Atlantis I was told by customer service that the app is worthless if you go through a travel agency if you don’t book through Atlantis
App is garbage
This app is useless. Hard to use and isn’t actually an app, it just links to a klunky website. Doesn’t save your information so have to re enter it every time!!
Amazing app
Whenever we are there at least twice a year we use the app and it is always helpful, especially with the share your location portion.
borderline unusable
This app is incredibly hard to use. The UI is just plain bad and the map is horrible. Not to mention the layer icon for the map is asymmetrical. I can’t unsee it and it looks like it was designed in ms paint. The map provides almost no information about anything due to bad implementation of the design. This app could be so much better if there is just a good effort to design it from the ground up with a real UI design team.

Weak App
This is one weak app. The Dev team that built it needs to rework the map feature. It hangs while trying to load which I suspect is an error generated by one of the Swift API changes recently. If you are using DNS other than ISP generated, it will fail poorly and not load. There should be an option to run it in non-tracking, non-telegraphing mode. Overall, it is very disappointing and more like a huge advertisement that says we have no idea what we are doing. An interactive website written with JavaScript would be a lot cheaper to maintain and universal. As it stands now, the Dev team makes Atlantis look like a bunch of clowns.

Great app (It is legit)
A little hard to work the navigation. Otherwise no complaints! It has audio for reading the little info it gives u which is super helpful. This is the actual app for Atlantis even though it has little reviews.
Great Companion
Atlantis is such a large, over the top place and this app puts it all in the palm of your hand! Finding your way, booking dinner or activities and so such more are easy to do. Get it before you go so you can plan your vacation and be ready for an amazing time!

Best Resort Map, Selfie Spots and Audio Tours!
This app is so functional and FUN! The map is easy to use, navigate and shows you what’s new or attractions to check out based on where you are located on the resort grounds. I love the selfie spots /memory makers function!!! And the Audio Tours in the Dig - it’s museum/ gallery quality and fun for all ages. A must do!

Amazing App for an amazing place
I find the app really easy to use and when visiting the resort it helps me to find my way around and find what restaurants are open and closed. It also helped me find some fun activities at Dolphin Cay that my kids can’t stop talking about. I will use the app during our next visit as well!
