Apple Health Atlas can now read the blood pressure, steps, resting heart rate, sleep and active energy your iPhone and Apple Watch already record, so a reading from your cuff or your watch lands in your history without being typed again. Read only — Atlas never writes to Apple Health — and you can disconnect it at any time from Devices. Pulse Rest a fingertip on the camera for thirty seconds and Atlas estimates your resting heart rate, then keeps the history. An educational estimate from a camera signal, not a measurement from a medical device. Body composition Upload an InBody or DEXA sheet and Atlas reads the values into your history — weight, body fat, muscle mass, basal metabolism. You review what it read before anything is saved, and the trends show what moved between studies. Nutrition targets from your own metabolism When a study measures your basal metabolic rate, your calorie target is built from that number instead of an estimate based on your weight. Every target now says where it came from. More than one weight a day Each entry keeps its time and where it came from, so the morning scale and an afternoon InBody sheet both live in the same day. A new look Atlas now opens light, with a dark option and one that follows your phone in Settings › Appearance. New icon, and a dashboard rebuilt around the actions people actually use.
