Please promote Atlas Community Portal. It creates community among residents unlike RE, who seeks to promote unaffordable goods.
Critical issues: performance and moderation
The Atlas app currently suffers from significant performance issues, including slowness and bugs. A major drawback is the auto-moderation system, which has severely restricted community communication. The advertised fitness videos also do not play. Moreover, there appear to be inconsistencies in how third-party service providers are vetted. Despite waiting 16 months for improvements, the app has regressed. I believe the team there is more than capable to address these issues. But it’s very frustrating. We are using external methods until it’s resolved.

App not working
It’s been about two weeks and the app isn’t working for iPhone users.
App Updating
The app has been unavailable to residents for more than a week. Management hasn’t sent any emails regarding it. They are likely happy because now residents don’t have a place to discuss how ineffectual mgmt is. Do not move into this building. It’s a racket.
The new update is not letting me open the app
It runs in a loop, asking to update when the app is already updated.
