Significantly reduces team productivity and app works very poorly.

This application is adversely impacting my work productivity. Data I have already entered gets wiped out, it is so very user un-friendly, very slow, and synchronization does not work most of the time. It prompts for needless non-applicable information. The bar codes often don't scan correctly and much of the time the asset tag bar codes don't take.

Does not work half the time. Tech Support is very weak. I open help tickets and they close them as resolved without contacting me, but problems persist.
Almost there!
Still not perfect, but soooo much better with the recent updates. Assigned jobs now populate and they fixed the scanner for asset tagging. Hopefully they continue to improve it.
Buggy Disorganized App
They broke the App. Can’t manually add barcodes. Camera scanner distance is garbage. After you tag devices it brings you back to the top of the screen, not where you left off. Works better than Astea and SolomanWebServices, that’s not saying much.
Login and other Issues
Unfortunately this program appears poorly written and executed. The buggy outdated design lacks a number of important features and content beneficial to project managers and field technicians.
Big timewaster and junk design
The asset tagging has too many mandatory fields, unable to manually enter in barcodes, app constantly freezes and crashes or shows offline. Not a good use of time.
Stuck at login
I’m not able to sign in Version 2.2 (1). I click Login, the button’s letters briefly change from white to blue, and then nothing happens.

My company was bought out in December by SES,App doesn’t work the way it was supposed to I’m unable to input times into the app there’s never a scope of work there is no notes half the time the app doesn’t work currently I’m not assigned to any active role in the app so I can’t see any of the schedule.cfin never saves and currently is giving an error.

Poorly designed app, does not work.
My company was bought by SES in December. Are use this app for installs and it does not work like it is designed too, at least for me and our other techs as well. If I start a job, four hours later it will kick me out and say I have to click in route again and then start the job all over. This app is also supposed to transfer my time over to our time tracker and it also does not do that. There is no scope of work or labor hours or documentation that I can see on my jobs. It also just gives me an address not a city and state so I don’t know when I need to leave my house in the morning.The CFIN portion also does not work as well. I shouldn’t have to do all of this extra work that the app is designed to do.
