Our innovative solution integrates with existing systems or can be used as a "stand alone" solution to conveniently organise patient appointments.
Patients are given multiple reminders of their appointments, preventing missed or delayed arrivals.
Patients confirm when they leave home to their appointment and "self check in" when they have arrived.
Patients wait until you give them access to the building with a unique code (usually after the previous patient has left).
There is no need for a waiting room and patient to patient contact is completely avoided! Inter-patient infection or cross contamination risks are minimised.
You can schedule, reschedule, swap or move appointments up or down on the day, in real time. You can configure gaps between patients to allow for deep cleaning, shift changes or efficient use of facilities
