Always hang unable to launch APP and reinstall all the time to use APP
Cannot reset password using mobile number, ask support but do not receive any reply
I cannot reset password using mobile number, ask support via app but do not receive any reply. Asking counter in the mall also told cannot do anything. Seem likely this app already abandon.
Cannot load on iPhone
Using iPhone 13 Pro Max and it keeps loading. Couldn’t load it. This problem has been there since a year ago.

Can’t open app even after restarting
15/7 - still unable to open the app after your update on 14/7! And I lost 400 points due to last week’s failure to upload the receipts.
10/7 - after the update everything doesn’t work! I can’t even load the app when in the past it was easy. Tried multiple times to open and it just hung. Please do something about this!! Thanks
