Total scam, formatting issues can’t read emails, can’t login, can’t find my account bit they can sure charge you. Nice work Apple
Make one typo during enrollment and you’re screwed
Customer service is the slowest I’ve seen, it’s email only and they take 30mins-4 hours per reply. A simple mistake on an email address referred me unable to login to the account that I have already paid for and customer service spent the entire morning verifying my information only to ghost me at noon on a Friday. So I guess my only option is to dispute the charge with my bank. I asked repeatedly for a phone call and never got one. This was a 2second fix that they couldn’t make happen. Really doesn’t instill much hope that they will be able to deliver on any of their other promises

Cops act different when they’re live, on camera and subject to the same laws they enforce. :) worth the money.
Great to have
The app has gotten a lot better and the app support team has always answered the call quickly in the discord app aswell. This is a great app to have that gives you a lawyer that will talk with the police during any encounter you have. No one but you can end the call not even the police. Once you call the attorney the whole conversation is being recorded and cannot be deleted by police. Protect yourself and loved ones today. I made an update cause some of the negative comments seem to be from the crowd back the blue until in happens to you.

Attorney Shield Protected My Rights During Police Stop
Attorney Shield provided excellent support when I was questioned by police while parked on a public road near property I own. The officers initially pressed me about why I didn’t want to give my name, but my attorney stood by me the entire time and made sure my rights were not violated. She answered in 2 seconds, I never had to identify myself, and the situation ended smoothly without escalation. Their presence made all the difference, the officers took me seriously, and I left feeling confident my rights were fully protected. Highly recommend Attorney Shield for anyone who values strong legal protection. This was a regular call not a traffic stop.

First time using the app
First time using this and no one answered for about eight minutes but when finally someone answered, the guy was super nice but eight minutes is too long not to answer for a service, maybe because it was around 2:45 AM who know we’ll see if I get another opportunity to use this app if not, I’ll probably cancel for this reason.

A Must-Have in a Police State!

Couldn’t complete purchase.
There are many hoops to jump through but the worst is you have to give up your banking information to a company I’ve never heard of. It would be better if you could purchase directly from the App Store as is with other apps. I decided that I wasn’t comfortable using a third party service that I didn’t know. This looks like a good idea, but it should be easier to purchase.

Processing payments outside the App Store helps us keep membership prices lower and offer more flexible options. We hope you'll consider giving us another shot.
An I invested in this
I have battle through a lot of the growing issues. But this latest one has sent me over the top and off a cliff! The sent e mail telling us to log off and back in, this was do to the security pin to close after use not working.
Well I logged out an now it’s asking me to verify my e mail. I have been waiting for my code to verify now several (more than 7 times) resend code. I have not received the code! What the point t of the app and paying if you cannot access it? I also jumped fast to help invest in this because I believe I. It at Start engine. But why if all I’m having is issue and once again cannot
access or use it.
I believe in the concept and stand strong for what it stands for. But my faith in this particular app has been compromised. Maybe they need another developer to develop an offer the same product with more consistency of reliability? Talking to some folks I know in San Jose as of today.

I’ve been a member since before the app was available. I’ve been fortunate so far to not need the service however the test worked great. It’s definitely an amazing concept!
