Worst interface
As business owner it has worst interface! Even govt banks would have better interface!! Why there is no option to share payment screenshot!!!

Fantastic, but after transferring the amount, transactions share option is missing. I need it. It would be so useful and the app only opens from the mpin. It could be better if it opens from face ID.

Don’t get trap in AU bank. This is rubbish bank indeed. They don’t know basics of customer focus/customer delight etc. for them ‘internal’ policy is best way to excuse any customer issue. Useless forever small bank.

Not recognising E sim
The development team seems to be novice. They have updated the app and now from past two months not able to use app as it does not recognise the eSIM my primary registered number hence not able to register the app on my iPhone. The customer service also has no solution

I have opened a platinum current account in AU Bank but this app is just for name this app is totally useless for every transaction we have to login internet banking and unable to transact from this worst app. Even i cant able to login my account from this app everytime when i tried to login with username or Id it shows please enter correct details so i request AU bank to improve interface and better quality and fix all the issue for smoother & hassle free experience.

App stopped working
App stopped working a few days back with the message “no SIM detected”
In addition, it’s pretty bad that it used to ask for an OTP every time I open it despite being on the same device. The dashboard is horrible and changes get reverted on every new login.
