Not recognising E sim
The development team seems to be novice. They have updated the app and now from past two months not able to use app as it does not recognise the eSIM my primary registered number hence not able to register the app on my iPhone. The customer service also has no solution

I have opened a platinum current account in AU Bank but this app is just for name this app is totally useless for every transaction we have to login internet banking and unable to transact from this worst app. Even i cant able to login my account from this app everytime when i tried to login with username or Id it shows please enter correct details so i request AU bank to improve interface and better quality and fix all the issue for smoother & hassle free experience.

In addition, itās pretty bad that it used to ask for an OTP every time I open it despite being on the same device. The dashboard is horrible and changes get reverted on every new login.
