A good app ruined by the immediate update policies
The app is very good compared to the previous version but there is one deal breaker that completely ruins the experience. If the developer pushes an update behind the scenes, then the app refuses to launch until and unless you have updated to the latest version, even if the version has been published only a few hours before. If you are on a slow network, this is a nightmare because you cannot access your bank account until the app has updated. On a slow network it can take ages. I was stuck for 45 minutes until the app finally updated and I could access the bank account.
No other banking app does this. No other app does this. There is absolutely no reason for a version of an app to stop working immediately after the next version has been published. This is just a dumb, dumb, dumb policy

UPI issues
Upi issues with my account being debited, and then not processed to payee. So I have to pay again to payee. RBL bank has not corrected any of my filed disputes for these duplicate payments.
Missing Important Features
No option to login for current customers. Only getting option for opening different kinds of accounts.
No way to login from outside India
The app is requesting to send an sms from registered mobile number which is in Indian number. Being an NRE account there should be a way to login via other methods of verification because it is basic that NRIs will not have Indian number for verification almost always. The app needs to do better to let NRI customer use the app. Something changed recently as earlier I had no issues logging in.
