worst app I’ve ever seen
Whenever I open this app, it ask me to first turn off wifi and after turning wifi off, it sends a message and after sending the message, it shows network error. everytime I open this app, I got the same issue, I am not able to do any operation even tried to connect mobile banking that too not able to connect. getting this error for more than 4 months and honestly I try to open every single day and getting same issue.. I am really fedup of this app now. installed and uninstalled at least 100 times by now still same issue.. I don’t understand what the hell is the issue and how to fix it.

Worst bank app ever
I’m not able to access my fd details and it’s been almost 10/11 months now. New issue happened- my debit card details are no longer available. It feels like they are scamming people. The rating here is also manipulated, people giving worst comments and feedback, yet ratings are not reflective of the same.

What’s the use of high security if the app is useless at that point
This app logged out as my SIM card data switched to the second sim while I was out on road and asked to re-register it!!!! I’m trying to register it again and 20 sms are wasted but the security level of this app is so high that genuine customers are facing issue to login it normally and complaining to Yes touch is useless they won’t ever solve the issue. The app doesn’t even allow to change your communication address that is allowed by other apps in most Easy way. This app is most useless thing bank did in 2020

Sim binding problem
Unable to use the app as it required re-registering. I needed to make an urgent payment, but the app logged out, and asked me to re-register due to sim mismatch. I've been using the app since a long time, never faced such an issue, but only now with the update. The app does not allow re-registering more than 2 times in 24 hours. I had to register 5 times in a span of 2 days. Still the app is not working!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE AN URGENT PAYMENT IF THE APP DOES NOT WORK.! What is the use of such an app??!!!, for some reason, cannot go to the bank also. My work is stalled, thanks to the unworthiness of this app.

a i am trying to login from long time previous app i was already login and now new app it just charges new 5 rs from my sim and after that verification failed i done 4-5 times it cut money and start verification and then fail not able to login
