The app is trash if you update your phone
There is no way to get activation code if you happen to get a new phone or change it. It locks you out of the account and there’s no possible way to get access to the app again. YesBank needs to provide attention and knowledge about this to customer service as none of them happen to know what this app is what it does.

Could be more secure and user friendly
The app is not updated frequently enough so I’m not sure if Yesbank is keeping up with latest security vulnerabilities.
I believe an easier option will be allow to use a industry standard authenticator app like Google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator. Although I do understand that given they are a bank their may be regulatory requirements to not rely on 3p apps. In that case maybe they can adopt some UI improvements.
I would also really like to have an option of a hardware key.
