Clunky, Hangs and crashes
Since they updated this when you login it keeps giving me the Oops something went wrong and the session has expired try again.

Could be so good but it’s not, when it works it’s great but that’s not very often,
An app which does nothing
What’s the point of an app where almost every function re-directs you out of the app and back to the website?! Might as well only access your services through browser. Can’t even book parking on the app! Absolute doo-doo. Get a developer who actually cares about designing something useful because this is embarrassing.

Not really fit for purpose
It’s hard to give this app more than a “lols”. Not suitable for quick use before travel, as it constantly logs you out, and seems totally unable to sync with Strata parking info.
And the “loading” cycle takes minutes at a time.

An app developed using vibe coding would do a better job than this. They have all features but nothing works.

Never response to enquires. No transparency on points or how they are used. Mine either aren’t allocated or just disappear.
Worst app I’ve used
This app needs some serious work- links back to website for everything, doesn’t stay logged in and doesn’t show bookings made! Very frustrating to use and for someone who travels frequently, would be so much more helpful if it showed my carpark bookings.
Intentionally useless..?
This app should be removed, or at least updated to remove functionality that no longer works. What kind of muppet doesn’t even inform users that key features don’t work anymore?!

What’s the point of an app that doesn’t remember who you are or what you’ve booked. Absolutely useless.

Log in, then try to book parking and is no longer in my account! Then I have add all information I had stored in App. Shockingly bad. Do better.
Waste of time
Why do they even have this app you end up booking online with a different web page away from the app and can't save it so it's part of your trip check times etc or save strata points or even sign in as member so you can load details directly on the main site it just causes problems with bookings get rid of it.

New app is awful. Taking you to an external website to book parking is such a backwards step. I have to change my password every time I log in and the website/app link constantly breaks. Hate it
Unable to add parking reservations
I’m unable to add parking reservations to the app even though it going to start requiring QR codes to enter the parking lot. Looking back I see the same issue from years back.
I wanted to leave some feedback through the app but feedback option doesn’t even open.
Not sure what benefit the app is supposed to offer as people seem to comment on no really useful flight info. And if the apps not getting any support or development why is it still available for download? Makes Auckland Airport looking a bit silly if this supposed to help travellers at the airport.
I’d love to see it improved as I use the airport often.

Bookings not shown
Book a parking, has to do via external link! What’s the point?! After finishing the booking, it is NOT shown within the APP. Useless APP !!!

I’ve never seen an app as useless as this. You can’t make a booking, you can’t view your bookings, and whenever you try to do something, it just leaves the app and opens an external link to the website. I’m just curious—what’s the point of developing this app?

Why have an app to review all your future bookings if you can’t review your bookings and have to log into an external link, that also doesn’t display your future bookings?! Luckily I saved my email confirmation. Would give zero stars if able.

This app is broken!
This app has been broken for weeks without resolution - parking bookings no longer sync which is super frustrating. Please FIX!!!
APP Functionality Degraded
Removing transaction history visibility from the Strata Club is ludicrous and seems devious in fact!!
Why would you want to hide that info from customers???
How can you check the right point values were applied??
