+1 to passport upload broken
I keep getting notifications to upload my passport, but the uploader won’t open. Been trying for a while now. Thought it was just me, but seeing other reviews with this feedback.

Loved and appreciated the amazingly helpful service from the ground crew at the Gold Coast Airport.We had a hiccup trying to book in due to a passport glitch and they took control and sorted everything and assisted my husband on to the aircraft. We were so grateful as it was very stressful for him at the time.

Slow and lacks transparency
App can be slow to load flights and needs constant refresh. A degree of information is not accessible via app, ie recognition upgrades and status points are only shown as accumulated not dropping off so no transparency in this area.
Terrible airline
Air NZ is sold and promoted as a partner of Virgin Australia. But it’s not. No points, status credits or lounge entry available to any tier VA members. Avoid this airline. People are saying that even Jetstar is much better.
