Not great
This app is so bad I’ve started using the machines instead that take ages to print a ticket. Unfortunately they were broken today so I was forced to use this app to pay for my parking. There’s just no way to pay quickly, everything is manual, and it’s a faff.
Lacks polish
Generally pretty functional but clearly not very well tested.
For instance it often says “it looks like you’re driving” when the car is stopped.

What A Pain
Super complex password barrier - beyond normal - will not scan by credit card and then charges a processing fee….. Poor

Please let it link to apple wallet . Silly scanning option doesn’t work

Doesn’t accept a secure password, no indication of why
No Apple Pay have to type card details back in manually
Expensive ! Says min payment is £3.50 max is £5 yes gives me no option but to pay max
Then charged 20p with no reason given
Overall extremely poor and so every shady payment practised will not be usu g again
