Worst app ever
Simply cannot sign up, does not support apple keyboard and autofill, impossible to make your own password and if you get apple passwords to suggest a password it will not save nor can you copy the suggested password. Have had 3 other people not manage to sign up. Can’t beleive the councils use this for their services!

I'm 22 years old and very good with technology and this app is so complicated for no reason. Please review this app.
No GPS
This app could be improved no end by having GPS tell you what zone you’re in rather than having to guess
Slow and too complicated
Very clunky. In Wellington you have to switch to the different areas in your settings. You need to go off to the council

No Apple Wallet support?!
For an app that serves some major councils it’s very poor to not support using saved cards in Apple Wallet
Has some annoying user flow
It's nice to be able to top up via the app, however this app has some unusual and annoying user experience issues. For example if I want to start and stop the timer then it says to me that it's going to charge me $36 for up to the maximum of 6 hours. This is not a good user experience.
Also when booking a fixed time, it shows the full price right at the start instead of allowing for the free time, which it then discounts later. Again it gives the full price and looks like it's going to charge you the full amount when actually it's going to take the free time after the end of the transaction. These types of flows make for a poor user experience

No Apple Pay
Maps don’t work properly
When this app is working, it’s good to use, however the map function to try and add a different zone or to record favourites is absolutely rubbish. Sitting here trying to add Hutt City so I can park but the app won’t bring it up as an option so I’m sitting here stuck and unable to pay for parking. Get the map working properly and make it easier to save zones as favourites would make this up 4 stars. These really are basic functions that should work effortlessly.

Not great
This app is so bad I’ve started using the machines instead that take ages to print a ticket. Unfortunately they were broken today so I was forced to use this app to pay for my parking. There’s just no way to pay quickly, everything is manual, and it’s a faff.
Lacks polish
Generally pretty functional but clearly not very well tested.
For instance it often says “it looks like you’re driving” when the car is stopped.

Super complex password barrier - beyond normal - will not scan by credit card and then charges a processing fee….. Poor

Slow, fails often
Takes an age to open, payment rarely completes. I just wasted 10mins and ended up going to the machine because payment kept failing

Spent 10min in the rain before was able to pay for parking , also automatically adding charges on payment by card - what other options you have ?

Each password is too weak for app. Even the one google suggested. Gave up and now walking to payment machine
