Not great
This app is so bad I’ve started using the machines instead that take ages to print a ticket. Unfortunately they were broken today so I was forced to use this app to pay for my parking. There’s just no way to pay quickly, everything is manual, and it’s a faff.
Lacks polish
Generally pretty functional but clearly not very well tested.
For instance it often says “it looks like you’re driving” when the car is stopped.

What A Pain
Super complex password barrier - beyond normal - will not scan by credit card and then charges a processing fee….. Poor

No Apple Pay have to type card details back in manually

Slow, fails often
Takes an age to open, payment rarely completes. I just wasted 10mins and ended up going to the machine because payment kept failing

Spent 10min in the rain before was able to pay for parking , also automatically adding charges on payment by card - what other options you have ?

Wont accept any password
Each password is too weak for app. Even the one google suggested. Gave up and now walking to payment machine
Use the balance!
Got a ticket recently due to the way this app works. Set the time I wanted and pushed the pay button which showed I had plenty of balance in my account. I didn’t realise I had to then select use the balance. Thought that was obvious! As a result my $1 payment didn’t proceed and instead I got a $70 fine.

Absolutely terrible.
Fees
Pretty expensive for a product that is low cost and high frequency. Doesn’t have “my loc” option or select from map. Very average attempt at a parking app given there’s a ton of them to learn from around the world.

Cant find where im parked in the list of carparks, a map would be useful!!

This needs drastic improvement and the password requirement is way too high for public parking.
Fees
A 7.7% fee just to park in town? Hamilton City Council wants us to go digital but charges us extra to do it. We pay enough in rates as it is. It's time to scrap the transaction fees or scrap the app-no wonder people aren't parking in the city anymore.
Terrible App
If I wasn’t forced to use it I would delete it from my phone.
