App down poor customer service
Called up 3 times to receive code to log in. After saying they will send one soon, nothing was sent. Had to arrange alternative transport. Waste of time and energy

I have account with cityhop from 3 years and suddenly not let me to login. Tried multiple times with cityhop customer care number and no response. They when finally able to hold them. They said it will take 5 days because issue with APP
CANT USE THE APP
Never got the verification code. called customer service and was told a ticket was opened. tried again a week later, still not getting any code. The app is now technically unusable. Better off with other providers
Can’t sign up
Been waiting for ages for the verification codes to come to my email but nothing. And I can’t even go back to change my email even after restarting the app. This is shocking man.
