Login still not working

The mobile app still doesn’t allow logins but they haven’t deactivated it and aren’t even monitoring it. Terrible.

Why don’t you update it to allow passkeys on mobile devices.
Cannot log in any other way on my device, your CS were not much help either

Unable to login to app

I have been unable to login to the Grabaseat app for a few years now! I have reloaded the app and had long discussions with airNZ support who basically told me they were unable to help, would find more information out for me and get back to me, which they never did!
