Good app. The cheapest way to get in and out of town. Only problem I had in past it wouldn’t accept a new payment card. Deleted app and re installed and it works fine now.
Better than seeing empty buses drive around town. This service should be available 7 days a week.

This app is terrible
Couldn’t book ride the night before even though it said I could. Then when I did book a ride the details provided were so vague that it wasn’t clear the bus was arriving to pick me up at the time I had to be at the airport. Using a similar version of this app in Wellington I know this app interface can be a lot better. Had to cancel but didn’t get a refund.

Unreliable
Such a stitch up! Booked a ride from Hamilton airport to the bus station in town and no ride ever showed up even though i had booked it. Missed my connecting bus to Auckland and couldn’t get a refund on it. Not stoked aye:/
