Needs customization

Pretty cool app. Wish this was better integrated into Messages, which is an Apple problem not an app problem. Fun to use, regardless. Nice that you can customise colours, but needs ability to customise auto-replacement. That’s my only complaint about this app. For instance, S H automatically converts to single symbol SH. I suppose it exists in universe, but I’ve never seen/noticed digraphs in-world. I’ve only seen every character represented singly. Regardless, I like the look of single characters more than the digraphs, so wish I could prevent the auto-replace.

Great, PLEASE get rid of the digraphs

The digraphs (th, sh, ch, ng, oo, ae, eo, kh) are not canon and there should at least be an option to not have them.

Pretty good, there are things I would change tho

This is an INCREDIBLE app. But, you can’t use it to text friends in Aurebesh, unfortunately. You can type (your language) to Aurebesh, or Aurebesh to (your language) in it. I definitely recommend this app.

Handy app

This handy app works really well. Typing in aurebesh is good practice for memorizing letters. My one criticism is that I would like to be able to turn off automatic ligatures.

fun and functional

I only wish it had the option to not create diphthong characters. They are not always warranted.

AMAZING

So cool how I can find out what my name is and other words

Great app

Love this app. Simple and to the point. Allows translation to and from aurebesh.

Cut and paste options

Would love to just be able to cut and paste but sadly it still is not an option…

Perfect

Good

I like it especially when I want to send it to my friends but it just needs an extra option on it for learning the text so I don’t have to use a website for practice

Love it but somethings bad

So i hot this app because i wanted to know how to read the language in star wars and i likes the app….but when ever i would go kn the app my phone would say suspicious contact and it said that there were viruses that had been on there. After i clicked on the notification it said there were over 42 different viruses on my phone and they had to be deleted. Don't know if this is just for me but just be aware.

LOVE IT! Would have loved an option to add it to my keyboard.

I am a HUGE Star Wars fan and have always wanted to learn Aurebesh. This is the perfect way to learn it, and it’s awesome to be able to translate instantly. I will say I think it would be even better if there was a setting where you could put it on your own keyboard when you’re texting. It would be so neat to be able to communicate Aurebesh through texting. Great app though!

Does what it does well

Using it to translate in the Star Wars universe. Unlocks fun details. Easy to use and I can quickly understand Aurebesh, and translate into or from it.

Quick learning

This is the best app I could find. I am pretty much able read and write Aurebesh as a second written language. With consistent practice, it can be quite easy.

Love Everything But the Digraphs

Aurebesh IO is a fun app. It allows you to upload what you have written to your photos, which is really handy. I will use them as wallpaper or send them to friends. The app can also help you learn Aurebesh.

The only thing I would like to see changed is its forcing the use of digraphs (ng, th, sh, etc.) since these are not canonical. I don’t mind having them as an option, but I wouldn't say I like being compelled to use them.

it’s good

I really like it and I’ve spent 100+ hours it’s so good. You should get it the developers deserve more credit.

You can’t text with it😭

So I was rly excited to get a way to text people with this like my friends and sister who are into Star Wars like me, but then i found out it’s just for learning and translating, so that was a little disappointing. Could y’all maybe make this an app that lets you text and type on other apps with Aurebesh?
Overall it’s okay and I’ve gotten one add so far but it’s not like interrupting my typing, so it’s all chill. But if y’all could make this so you can text people that’d be great.💙🧡🤍
