Auribook: Audiobook Player

New in 5.2: • New: Jellyfin support (beta). Sign in to your Jellyfin server and download audiobooks from your Books or Music libraries straight to Apple Watch. Each folder or album becomes one book, with its cover and chapters. • Your listening position syncs with Jellyfin. Continue on the watch where you stopped in Jellyfin, and the other way around. Progress made offline is sent once you're connected again. • The Jellyfin book list shows your progress, puts the books you're listening to on top and sorts by recently added, recently listened, title or author. Also in this update • Signing out of Audiobookshelf keeps Continue Listening. Downloaded books keep playing, and your progress syncs when you sign in again. • The chapter list opens at your current chapter, and its buttons fit on smaller watches. • Book titles no longer break mid-word on 40 mm and 41 mm watches. New in 5.1: • Sleep timer: stop at the end of the chapter, and fade out gently over the last seconds instead of stopping abruptly. • Smart rewind: after a pause, playback picks up a few seconds earlier, more the longer you were away. • Choose your skip intervals, from 5 to 60 seconds. They also apply to headphone controls. • Siri and Shortcuts: "Resume Auribook", pause, skip and start a sleep timer, also from the Action button. • Play and pause straight from the Continue Listening widget. • Queue several books and episodes; they download one after another, even after closing the app. • Auribook checks free space before downloading and shows how much space is left. • Sort your library by recently added, recently listened, title or author. Also: easier sign-in with saved passwords, and many smaller fixes and performance improvements. With 5.0: • New full-screen cover view: tap the photo button in Now Playing. • Cover images in your Audiobookshelf library, Downloaded books and Continue Listening make your next listen easier to find. • Four watch-face and Smart Stack widgets: Continue Listening, Time Remaining, Chapter Progress and Quick Access to Player, Books and Sounds. • Better recovery for interrupted downloads, with safer retries after restarting the app. • Podcast downloads retain their episode titles and show details after a restart. • Fixes for existing users seeing the unlock screen, clearer sign-in errors, and better handling of missing or incomplete downloads. • More reliable progress saving when pausing during a chapter change. Thank you for your feedback and bug reports. They help shape Auribook.
