I never write reviews but I’m writing one for this app because it is impossible to cancel your subscription. They tell you to select options that don’t exist in the app and then stop replying to any messages. The AI itself says it will submit a cancellation request for you which results in nothing followed by it saying it’s incapable of canceling a subscription. Do not download unless you want to be stuck with a membership.

I’ve been trying to cancel this app and cannot. I cannot even find my account info. It’s not billing thru normal app subscriptions via iCloud and I emailed them but not reply. I’ve never even used it and don’t recall ever even setting up an account. It’s billing to my Amex so I’ll let them handle it from here on out. Block their billing. Crooks.

I'm trying to find how to cancel this app. I check my apple subscriptions monthly to cancel anything I'm not using and had no idea it was being charged, it also went up from 17.99 to 29.99. very shady and frustrating, especially for someone with ADHD. It's why I installed the app

These people are thieves. I did not subscribe to anything. They are NOT listed as a subscription in my apple account. I tried to unsubscribe. Even chatted with someone named Alex about it in November thru email. They have taken $29.99 a month from me for the past year. Even after talking to Alex in November they took money from me again in December. I’m going to let my attorney deal with it now but DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. They are thieves!

Dodgy company - don’t touch with a barge pole
Support in resolving cancellation and renewal issue was non-existent. The time and energy it has taken me to attempt to stop a renewal and arrange a refund has been ridiculous, and they now ignore my polite emails. Delay and obfuscation- the Aurora way.
Cancellation not honored
I looked at the program and did not want it. I cancelled. They have billed every month even though I cancelled directly, through PayPal and my credit card. They continue to bill and I file disputes.

For an ap set2deal w/people w/ADHD it doesn’t anticipate or provide safety nets.
I spent hours and hours setting up three different morning routines for three different kinds of mornings that I have. As I was working on them and I stepped away when I went back, it failed to save the changes or it failed to hold onto the drafts and say, would you like to save this? Incredibly frustrating. Number two if I asked it to send me a morning routine at 8:30 and I didn’t respond to it or I responded to it and I left it. It sent me another morning routine and then a half hour sent me another one // it didn’t just hold onto the one that I originally worked on :: very frustrating. It is exceptionally good at AI searches on any subject. That help with hyper focus .

I cannot cancel this subscription. I’ve tried everything. I had to stop it through my bank.
The Ai sends you in circles and says someone will contact you, they never do. Same with email, same questions, they say they cannot find your account. Then they say they will escalate your issue, but you never hear back.
Impossible to cancel
I downloaded the app to give it a go and it has been impossible to cancel. Very disappointing. It is very expensive, I am not using it and I still get charges for membership. So frustrating, sent various messages to customer service and nothing. Be careful if you download.
Won’t stop charging me
I have tried to cancel this app. I tried to cancel it in July and I got an email telling me how great this app was and everything it does for me. However, my credit card they’re using expired in June, yet they continue to charge it. I just got a notice that it’s going to renew on the 21st. When I finally found the portal through Stripe to cancel (after searching in the App Store and on PayPal) it said it would cancel it as of October 22. Interesting – it renews on the 21st so they’re going to charge me one more time still using an expired credit card. This isn’t necessarily a review about the app and if it works or not, this is a review about the company that continues to use an expired credit card and won’t let me cancel. It should not be this difficult…

Working for me
I followed my routine with Aurora for 67 (!) days in the row and was surprised to see that I lost weight while gained 1,4 kilos of muscle mass - following protein diet advice and not skipping my training and morning stretching!

Aurora doesnt shame me when I skip task- it just helps me get Back on track. Its not dramatic but since usign Aurora I forget lees strees lees and actually feel more in control

No way to cancel
If you are having trouble with this APP, and want to cancel, there is no way to cancel. Better hope it works for you, because you will have to pay for it regardless
